Option 1 - Update the Snowflake driver installed to the latest version

Option 2 - Use SnowCD (Connectivity Diagnostic Tool)
SnowCD can help diagnose and troubleshoot network connections to Snowflake. For information on how to install and run SnowCD, see this Snowflake document.
Option 3 - Run the extract query in another query tool that uses the Snowflake ODBC driver and is installed on the Tableau Desktop computer
