Partial data showing in the dashboard when using Google Sheet Data Source
Limit the number of the users who could view, edit, or comment on a Google Sheets at the same time less than 100.
This is the limitation from Google drive. Up to 100 people with view, edit, or comment permissions can work on a Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides file at the same time.
To connect Tableau Desktop to Google sheet, please be aware the following:
1) The Google Sheets connector does not support Google shared drives.
2) Tableau doesn't support pivot tables in Google Sheets.
3) Data limit in Google Drive:
Google Drive supports a limited number of cells (in the millions) for spreadsheets that are created in or converted to Google Sheets. For more information, see
