No License found for 'TableauDesktop' After Offline Deactivation

When trying to reactivate a Tableau Desktop key after an offline deactivation the following error occurs:

No license found for 'tableaudesktop'

Option 1: 
Complete the offline deactivation of Tableau Desktop: 

Option 2:
If the offline deactivation fails to resolve the issue or cannot be completed gather licensing results and contact Tableau Technical Support. 
Providing License Data to Tableau Support

Option 3:
Follow the troubleshooting Steps 1-4 in the Help to repaid the Trusted Storage
Troubleshoot Your Tableau Desktop > Resolve FlexNet licensing errors when activating or opening Tableau Desktop
Option 4:
If the repair in Option 3 is not successful, type the following command to create a LicResults.txt file:
custactutil -view >LicResults.txt
./custactutil -view > LicResults.txt


The offline deactivation was not completed successfully, preventing a new activation from taking place. 

Additional Information

Please verify the product key being activated is current by going to the Tableau Customer Portal.
