Issue

Error "Some of your product keys could not be synchronized" occurs when refreshing the key from Manage Product Key of Tableau Desktop.

Environment

  • Tableau Desktop
  • Refreshing the product key that has a previous Maintenance End Date.

Resolution

Upgrade to Tableau Desktop 2020.2.4 or later, 2020.1.7 or later, 2019.4.10 or later, 2019.3.11 or later, 2019.2.15 or later, 2019.1.19 or later, 2018.3.21 or later.
