Values in a Boolean column in OData may be imported incorrectly as Null in Tableau Desktop.
Tableau Desktop 2020.2 and newer
As possible workarounds, try the following options:
Connect to OData data source using Tableau Desktop 2020.1 instead.
In the Data pane, change the data type of the Boolean fields to String: Click the icon to the left of the field name, and then choose String from the drop-down list.
Refresh the extract: Right-click the data source and select
Create Boolean calculated fields based on the String fields.
