When opening a workbook or accessing a published data source on Tableau Server, an error may occur:

Resolution

The error is coming from a load balancer or proxy.

Resolve the issue by increasing the timeout setting of that load balancer or proxy. Refer to the manufacturer's documentation for instructions on changing this setting.
