- While Tableau Desktop is open, select Help > Manage Product Keys
- Select the key, and click Refresh. This retrieves and updates the latest maintenance date.
- Click Close.
- Close and restart Tableau Desktop to ensure that the maintenance date is properly refreshed.
Additional InformationIf the Maintenance Expires date does not change, please verify in the Customer Portal or with the License Administrator that the key being used is the one with the renewed maintenance. A support ticket can be opened to look up the key. Sometimes a different key has been assigned and should be used instead of the key that is not refreshing.
