Additional Information
When a "minor version" (e.g. 10.0, 10.1, 10.2, etc...) of Tableau Desktop is opened for the first time, then Tableau Desktop automatically creates a folder for that version in the My Tableau Repository > Datasources folder that contains the data files for Superstore and World Indicators (Sample - Superstore.xls and World Indicators.tde), as well as the saved data source files for both of these data sources (Sample - Superstore.tds and World Indicators.tds).The *.tds files are what Tableau Desktop uses to populate the Saved Data Source list.
