The maximum days offline without a policy refresh is a setting that was released on version Tableau Server / Tableau Cloud / Tableau Mobile 2023.1.This setting is enabled by default at the Critical level with a default maximum of 14 days. The setting determines if the app can be used on a device that has been offline (and thus without a policy refresh) longer than the configured maximum.
By logging in as an Administrator, this setting can be configured through the Tableau Cloud/Server console by navigation to Settings > Mobile. Locate the Maximum Days Offline Without Policy Refresh configurable option.
