How to request support for Salesforce Data Cloud powered by Tableau.

Beginning February 14, 2023, the Customer Data Platform is changing its name.  During this transition, you may see references to Customer Data Cloud, Data Cloud, Customer Data Platform, Customer 360 Audiences, and Salesforce CDP.  We wish we could magically update the name everywhere, but you can expect to see the previous name in a few places as we evolve.

The Salesforce CDP Connector will be renamed to Data Cloud Connector in late April of 2023.

If you are a customer who is requesting product assistance on the Data Cloud for the Tableau product, we ask that you please log cases in Salesforce Help & Training.  Log in to create your case, then select the product Data Cloud and Topic Data Streams and Data Models.

If you are a Partner and would like to request a license for Data Cloud for a Trial or Dev Org, please log a case using Product Partner Program & Benefits with the Topic License Request > Trial/Dev Org.
