Answer
1. Make sure that UNC path is being used for the data source referring to the steps described in this KB article If the file path that file navigator displays is not UNC path, correct the file path and select the file in the UNC path. Then republish the data source to Tableau Cloud
2. Make sure that Bridge version is 2021.4.3 or later. If it's not, please update the version of Bridge following the steps described in this KB article.
4. Navigate to the republished data source and migrate Bridge(legacy) schedule to Online schedule following the steps described in this product documentation.
To test if the extract refresh for this data source works, click '...' under Actions column > click 'Run Now' > Navigate to 'Jobs' page and check the status
Additional Information
*Beginning with Tableau Bridge 2021.4.3, extract refreshes for file-based data sources including Excel, text, and statistical (.sas7bdat) files can use Online schedules. Online schedules for file-based data sources require at least one Tableau Bridge 2021.4.3 (or later) client be set up and added to the client pool by your site administrator.
