Question

How to hide the detailed sales columns of certain customers while keeping the grand totals rows in the view.

Example:
Hide the sales rows of each [Product ID] of customer AA-10315 and AA-10375 only.
For other customers, show the sales rows of [Product ID] and grand total rows.

Answer

Method 1
Manually hide the rows by right click on the row and click on [Hide] from the menu
eg:

Method 2 
1. Create a calculation field [Display Flag]
[Customer ID]="AA-10315" OR [Customer ID]="AA-10375"

2. Add [Display Flag]  to the right of the Rows shelf.

3. right click on any row of [Display Flag] with a value of "True" and click on [Hide]
