AnswerThe Coordination Service synchronizes the clustered system continuously and runs as a service on all machines in your distributed environment to keeps the failover system in sync with the live system. If a synchronization delay is discovered please refer to the Product Help Guide article which explains how the hardware can effect how well the Coordination Services will operate: Tableau Server Coordination Service
The cluster controller timeout which defaults to 5 minutes can be shortened and then the sync will run more frequently. For more information, see Tuning the Cluster Controller Timeout Threshold in Tableau Help.
