Question

Defining char length when writing the output of a prep flow to DB. Example: Using the char length for a field as varchar(50) always instead of default when writing the output back to DB

Answer

As a possible workaround, 

1. Create a Table in the DB with predefined DDL. Example: Varchar(50) for field in the DB

2. When running the flow output choose Append to table or Replace data
