Step 1: Create a calculated field
- Click Analysis > Create Calculated Field.
- Name the calculated field Sales or Grand Total, and type the following in the Formula window, and then click OK:
IF [Category] = "Furniture" OR [Category] = "Office Supplies" OR [Category] = "Technology" THEN "Sales" END
Step 2: Build the view
- Place Sales or Grand Total and Category to the column.
- Place Sales to column.
- Place Sales or Grand Total to color.
