Error Code 00BF554A "An error occurred when executing the query" When Selecting the User Filter in Tableau Desktop

問題

When selecting the User Filter in Tableau Desktop, the following error can occur:
 
 An error occurred while executing the query.
Error Code: 00BF554A
Internal Error - An unexpected error occurred and the operation could not be completed.

環境

  • Tableau Desktop

解決方法

Grant the Tableau Server user relevant project publish permissions. 

Check the user's permissions under the Project Permissions page.  Update the user or the user's group permission for that project.  If the project is nested, you will need to update the parent project permission as well.

原因

This Tableau Server Creator user doesn't have any project publish permissions.
