Tableau Server 上のパブリッシュされたデータソースに Tableau Desktop が接続できない。エラーコード: 1076C501、メッセージ: HTTP ステータス 405 – メソッドが許可されていません

問題

Tableau Server にパブリッシュされているデータソースに接続しようとすると、Tableau Desktop で次のエラーが発生する場合があります。

An error occurred while communicating with Tableau Server (Tableau Server との通信中にエラーが発生しました)
Bad Connection: Tableau could not connect to the data source. (無効な接続: Tableau はデータソースに接続できません。)
Error Code: 1076C501 (エラーコード: 1076C501)
Error: Unable to connect to this Tableau Server data source. (エラー: この Tableau Server データソースに接続できません。)

解決策

1. F5 などの外部ロードバランサーを使用している場合は、ネットワーク管理者と協力して、F5 の HTTP プロファイル設定を確認および修正します。

2. それ以外の場合、Tableau Server で次の TSM コマンドを実行します。分散環境で Tableau Server を実行している場合、クラスタ内の初期ノードでコマンドを実行し、結果を調べます。
