Errore: "The system cannot find the file specified" quando la creazione di un backup non riesce

Problema

Quando un'applicazione di monitoraggio o un software antivirus esegue una scansione all'accesso, il backup di Tabadmin avrà esito negativo con l'errore:

Error:
cannot delete the file
(Full file path/.tsbak.tmp)
The system cannot find the file specified.
System ERROR:
The system cannot find the file specified. (Errore: impossibile eliminare il file (Percorso file completo/.tsbak.tmp) - Il sistema non trova il file specificato. Errore di sistema: il sistema non trova il file specificato.)

Inoltre, quando si esegue il comando tabadmin backup, potrebbe verificarsi il seguente errore se si utilizza 7zip:

Soluzione

Aggiungi le cartelle di Tableau Server all'elenco di esclusioni del software che esegue le scansioni all'accesso.

Causa

Un antivirus o un software di monitoraggio esegue scansioni attive e sta trattenendo il file troppo a lungo. Durante la scansione del contenuto, Tableau Server tenta di recuperare il file, non riesce a farlo e genera il messaggio di errore.
