Tableau Desktop에서 Excel 파일에 연결하려고 할 경우 오류 메시지가 표시됩니다.

또는

An error occured while communicating to Microsoft Excel Reader(Microsoft Excel Reader와 통신하는 동안 오류가 발생했습니다).
Unable to connect to the server. Check that the server is running and that you have permissions to access the database.(서버에 연결할 수 없습니다. 서버가 실행 중이고 데이터베이스에 액세스할 수 있는 권한이 있는지 확인합니다.)
IPC_NamedPipe::Select(WaitForMutipleObjects):Timeout

또한 오류 메시지 "TableauException: XML enumerated value cannot be encoded(Tableau 예외: XML 열거 값을 인코딩할 수 없음)"가 발생할 수도 있습니다.

옵션 1
관리자 권한으로 Tableau Desktop을 실행합니다.

관리자 권한으로 Tableau Desktop(최신 버전 사용)을 다시 설치합니다.

옵션 3
컴퓨터가 Citrix와 유사한 환경에 있고 사용자가 "My Tableau Repository(내 Tableau 리포지토리)" 폴더에 액세스할 수 없는 경우 "My Tableau Repository"를 C: 드라이브로 이동합니다.
