Option 1
Display Border lines by geographic role*The line thickness cannot be changed, but the color can.1. Display map by assigning geographic role and change color like as follows:
- Opacity: 0%
- Effects Border: Change to the color you want to set.
2. Show multiple map layers to disable selections.
Place any field with a geographic role set as a separate layer and change the layer settings as follows so that it is not visible and does not respond to mouseover.
Check "Disable Selection" and "Hide".
3. Set disable selections.
In the map layer displaying Border lines, the following settings can be changed to make it appear as if the color of the lines in the background map has changed, as mouse-over and clicks no longer respond.
Check "Disable Selection".
Option 2
Obtain and display spatial files of the Country or State shape from external resources. *Both line thickness and color can be changed here. You can prepare your own spatial file such as shp file and display it as an additional mark layer. If you do not have access to line data, you can use OUTLINE() to convert the polygon data to line data and then change the line thickness.
