Set the user as an Explorer (can publish) or Creator and owner of nested project, then lock the parent project as demonstrated in the steps below.- Assign the user the Explorer (can publish) or Creator site role.
- Create a nested project in a parent project.
- Check the parent project's permissions to make sure the user is not a project leader.
- Assign the user as the nested project owner.
- Lock the permission of the parent project.
