Configure the OAuth client for Tableau Server as detailed in the Tableau Online Help showing step-by-step information on registering, configuring and setting the correct permissions for an OAuth application for Azure under a specific Azure tenant. The Client ID and Client Secret are obtained from these steps to be used by Tableau Server.Once OAuth is configured on Azure, you want to then follow the steps in the Tableau Online Help to Configure a default OAuth client for OneDrive and SharePoint Online.
