Tasks Columns is Empty for Subscription Schedules

As a Tableau Server admin, you create and manage both extract and subscription schedules from the Schedules page. There you will find a list of schedules you have configured, including details about the schedule type, schedule scope, and schedule behavior. In addition, you can also see the number of tasks associated with a schedule.

However, these tasks only refer to the number of extracts associated with extract schedules. This works differently with subscriptions. The tasks column for subscriptions remains empty because there can only be one task associated with a subscription on a particular schedule.
