Unable to Send Support Request via Tableau Online Using Chinese, Korean or Japanese

Issue

When using Chinese, Korean or Japanese characters, it is not possible to send a support request from Tableau Online by clicking the i icon and selecting Support. 
 

Environment

  • Tableau Online
  • CJK characters (Chinese, Japanese, Korean) 

Cause

This behavior is related to a known issue with ID 710594 which is currently under investigation.
