Issue

Tableau Online users do not receive subscription emails, even though the job appears successful in Background Tasks for Non Extracts admin view shows subscription job was successful

Resolution

Ensure that emails from Tableau.com are not being blocked or quarantined by your organization's mail server. It may be necessary to whitelist tableau.com.

Cause

Emails may be sent from Tableau successfully but may be blocked or quarantined by spam filters or other security measures.
