- Run tabadmin cleanup to make logs file from worker a manageable size then re-run tabadmin ziplogs.
- Exclude -l parameter to see if excluding a possibly large .dmp file is making file too large.
- Ensure that a large file can be ftp'd from worker to primary.
Cause
logs.zip file created on worker is too large, either consuming disk space or too large to ftp to primary.Additional Information
If logs are being gathered for an investigation, it may be necessary to manually gather some of the logs from the worker prior to running tabadmin cleanup. If issue under investigation is easily reproducible, run cleanup, reproduce the issue, then run tabadmin ziplogs.Thank you for providing your feedback on the effectiveness of the article.
