Errors: "SyntaxError" or "TypeError" When Accessing Tableau Server Views When Using Incapsula Proxy

Issue

The following error is met while accessing views or dashboards on Tableau Server, while Incapsula proxy is used and theh caching is enabled. Navigation to non view or workbook content within Tableau Server does not cause an error and is rendered as expected. 
Unexpected Error
An unexpected error occurred. If you continue to receive this error please contact your Tableau Server Administrator.
SyntaxError: Unexpected Identifier 'dont' TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating 'tab.Application.startup')

If you are using Tableau Server 10.1 or a later version, the error might be displayed as follow:
Unable to get property 'startup' of undefined or null reference
Expected ';' 
An unexpected error occurred. If you continue to receive this error please contact your Tableau Server Administrator.

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'startup' of undefined ​

Additional Information

When looking at the the console details on Chrome, the following information might be displayed: 
'Your browser did not allow the loading of the critical resource: javascripts/jquery-3.0.0.min.js. Please check your local browser security to ensure that it allows access to this server.'
