Dropbox and OneDrive connectors are missing from Tableau Desktop 10.4 in Desktop Professional Windows version.

Resolution

Upgrade to Tableau Desktop 10.4.1 or a newer version. For more information, see Upgrade Tableau Desktop.

Cause

This behavior is related to a known issue with ID 692551 which has been corrected in more recent versions.

Note, OneDrive and Dropbox connectors are not available with Tableau Desktop Personal Edition. For more information, see Unavailable Data Sources in Tableau Personal.
