Error: "LOGIN_DURING_RESTRICTED_DOMAIN: cannot log in from current domain" When Refreshing Extracts from Salesforce

Issue

When creating an extract from Tableau Server, the folowing error might occur: 
"LOGIN_DURING_RESTRICTED_DOMAIN: cannot log in from current domain error returned"

Environment

Tableau Server

Resolution

Ensure the Tableau Server IP addresses (which means also the IP of the workers) are added to the Salesforce allowed range.

Cause

According to Salesforce.com documentation, this error is usually returned when a user is trying to connect from an IP that is not whitelisted as an authorized IP address.
