Error: "The system cannot find the file specified" When a Backup Creation Fails

Issue

When a monitoring application or antivirus has on-access scanning, tabadmin backup will fail with: 
Error: 
cannot delete the file 
(Full file path/.tsbak.tmp)
The system cannot find the file specified. 
System ERROR: 
The system cannot find the file specified.

 
Additionally, when running the tabadmin backup command, the following might occur if you use 7zip:
*** Backup failed! 
*** Error: Command '"<Tableau Server path /7z.exe>" a -tzip -mx1 -mcu=on -bb1 "<Back up full path /tsbak.tmp####>" * "<Tableau Server path /webdataconnectors"' failed with code 2, result was 
7-Zip [64] 15.14 : Copyright (c) 1999-2015 Igor Pavlov : 2015-12-31

Environment

Tableau Server

Resolution

Add Tableau Server folders to the exclusion list of the software that is running on-accessing scans.

Cause

An anti-virus or monitoring software is running active scans and is holding onto the file for too long. As it scans the contents, Tableau Server tries to retrieve the file, fails, and it throws the error message.
