Microsoft JET database error 0x80004005: The Microsoft Jet database engine could not find the object 'file.1.csv'.  Make sure the object exists and that you spell its name and the path name correctly.

  • .csv or .txt file

Remove internal periods from the file name.

For example:

file.1.csv should be renamed to file1.csv

file.1.txt should be renamed to file1.txt

File names cannot have more than one period. The naming limitation is set by the Microsoft JET technology used to connect to file-based data sources like .txt or .csv files.
