Data Sources Do Not Display in Sync Client After Re-configuring SSO

Issue

After re-configuring Site SAML, data sources are missing from the Sync Client even though I can login successfully using SSO. 

Environment

  • Tableau Online 
  • SAML
  • Tableau Online Sync Client

Resolution

Try one of the following options. 

Option 1
Unlink the sync client and log back in. See View or Change Sync Client Settings for details.

Option 2
Reconfigure data sources to refresh using Tableau Bridge.
