Issue

Tableau Desktop is unable to connect to Oracle Eloqua when Eloqua IP Whitelisting is enabled.

Environment

  • Tableau Desktop 
  • Oracle Eloqua 
  • Eloqua IP Whitelist enabled

Resolution

Disable Eloqua IP Whitelisting.

Cause

Our Eloqua connector is not currently compatible with IP whitelisting.
